  • The contribution center must support the family business
  • Keep the family strong within the community
  • The family business might provide goods or services that can be added to the Contribution Center.
  • The family business might cater to the need for recreational activities and family facilities such as pools, skate parks, sky diving, skiing and other community adventures.
  • The business must be screened by the 7 Questions of Well-Being.
  • The family will receive all they need from the learning center to keep the business on the cutting edge.
  • The family business and provide a legacy to pass down to them when they are able to take it over.

This workshop teaches parents how to identify their strengths and their children's strengths. The learning center will help to develop them and help them envision a life purpose that will fully utilize the strengths of each member of the family.

An Ever-Expanding Compensation Package

As the community above is designed and built, a specific number of people will be hired to work in the community to contribute the skills we need for our compensation package.  Medical and dental professionals, wellness and well-being specialists, legal and business services, educators and leaders will be recruited.  Each recruit invests their time, talents and skills to the community as "sweat equity" and in return becomes a shareholder in all of the community enterprises.  As a shareholder, each member will receive a monthly dividend in money.  They will earn much more than their hourly wage or salary would have been.

Contribution:

Each member of the community invests their time, talents and skills to the community as "sweat equity" and in return becomes a shareholder in all of the community businesses.  As a shareholder, each community member will receive monthly dividends from the profits earned by their companies.   They will earn much more money than their hourly wage or salary would have been if they had worked at any other job opportunity.  

Shareholders also receive the goods and services that the community members offer to the contribution center.  These goods and services add to the compensation package exponentially as more members contribute their time and talents to the Contribution Center. People have the option to volunteer their time and talents to run the center, create beautiful displays for the products, manage the deliveries, and welcome people as they come in.

Together we will design and build the greatest community model on planet earth with the most exciting compensation package every offered, simply because the design and ownership is placed back into the hands of the people who will live and work there.  Our vision is to provide the benefits below free of charge to everyone in the world by educating locals to create a contribution center.  These locals will provide the Compensation Package for their own communities.  This Compensation Package is freely given to all those who contribute to the Contribution Center.
